Just moved to the area and have used this location many times. I've never experienced long lines/wait times. Staff are friendly and professional. I like how the doors automatically open for you in case you have packages in your hands. Priority shipping materials are always fully stocked. It's also very convenient they have Saturday hours. I will continue to use this post office for my shipping needs!
Called this location about a package that I did not receive that was tracked as delivered to a community parcel locker. I spoke to Ben who offered to speak to the carrier and personally come out to see if the key was left and if it was there or not. I ended up receiving the package. Was awesome customer service by Ben. I really appreciated the help! Thanks
