Second likes to keep low balance on card just in case anyone takes or trys to use debit card. If you slide it outside this will not work. Hot Or rain you will have to walk up to the store to pay for gas. Why? THIS IS A FRANCHISE and they have there own Greedy rules.
Tried them again few weeks ago. Results = Customer service was bad, no greet rushed and just simply did not care for my business. Stay away its not worth it, because you are not worth it to them.
I stop by to get some gas. it was really quiet store .clean .nice with air condition .also the cashier she was wonderful she deserves five star because. she provide me with a good service .
I left so my car ,fueled $35 and decided I needed a receipt for the $2.29 for the hot water that he poured. This time when I asked him for the receipt, he looked scared and damn silent. That made me believe that the young lady who told me to go to the shell and not the chevron must have had a bad experience too.
She told me there were two the first was a Chevron and then a Shell. She quickly told me don't go to the chevron they are always expensive than the shell. As I got to the main road , the chevron was close and I thought of just fueling there since I was not sure how close shell was. I am a loyal customer of all shell gas stations for many years especially the one right off the 15 freeway off miramar. A very nice cashier Belen , I have known her for over 12 years.
I went in the 24 hour convenience store and asked if they had an ATM. A young lady pointed me to one. I withdrew some cash and proceeded to the cashier a young man of Arab descent. I asked him if they had a hot water machine for green tea and how much it was Before answering he asked me " Are you buying gas from us " I said yes and handed him $40 I needed $35 full tank. He told me " I will not charge you then you can have it for free".
Seen a PREGNANT customer get rejected. Why? She needed water to drink and wanted to pay for it but there is a 4 dollar minimum. Told her to use the ATM all rudely, The customer was polite and left.
I am a ride share driver with Uber and my first time in that store. I was in a neighborhood near that location when I noticed I was really low on gas. I asked a young lady who was cleaning her car where there was a closest gas station.
Such businesses need to be closed down for exploiting consumers.
He was so vicious with his attacks, that I asked him how much it was , he said $2.29. I handed him $3 plus the cup with the hot water. I told him to pour it away since he had talked so much evil about it. I was stunned by his rudeness and arrogance. He took the water and went to the side and poured it plus he kept the money. I wished him well and a happy new year.

This Chevron apart from having very rude cashier, very bad customer service, it's gas prices are very high .74c higher than shell. The 24 hour convenience store is overcharging for stuff such as a cup of hot water $2.29. Worst of all that Arab man was being hateful and profiled me as a "thief" someone who has never been there or seen me before let alone stealing anything.
While still holding the cup of hot water and my $35 gas receipt, I walked through the door and this young man verbally attacked me saying " you cannot just walk in here and steal things " I was stunned because the first thing I asked him when I walked in was if they had a hot water machine and how much it was.
He pointed to me where the coffee machine was , I went there and got a paper cup and filled it with hot water. I even thanked him as I walked out of the store to go and fuel. Immediately two young men walked in and the young girl who was working in the store with him walked towards the right side of the store. I heard one of them say something to the effect " did you charge obsma for that"? Then he asked. " is that her?". By then I was out of the door. Before I could even open the door to my car, the cashier open the door and yelled at me " excuse me mom, you did not pay for that cup. We don't give free things here" . I was a little far so I said to him, let me come back in the store.
