The worst car wash i have ever been to! I paid for the deluxe wash because my car needed a little extra cleaning from my kids sports equipment and they didn't even wipe the inside down nor vacuumed the back seat! My 6 year old could of done a better job ! I went back and they told me I would have to pay for the more expensive car wash for them to wipe down the inside. That is insane! I will never go back to that place again! Do not take your car there ! It's a waste of money and time! They don't even deserve 1 star but I had to click on 1 to leave a comment
Ok wash... but they gyped me on the air freshener.
I pay for the wash with the hot wax, they always forget it. I watch through the window to make sure. This morning it happened again, no hot wax coming out,. I had an appointment which I was almost late because they had to run my car back through. They NEVER spray the deodorizer. At least they could offer a free car wash next time for the inconvenience. I think I will try the car wash on Troy next time.
I paid $25 which should include interior finish and air freshener. I didn't get it. The trunk was not vacuumed, with light stains which can be easily wiped off with wet cloth. The corners are still filled with dust and crumbs. The workers looked like they're in a hurry to get done with other cars. 0/10.
I used to like this place but recently my husband took my car to get detailed...its a SUV so we understood it would have an increased price. but when my husband asked for the price the workers started speaking Spanish asking how much they should charge him. I thought it was a set price not contingent on whether you think the person understands you. Hes fluent in spanish...it was his first language btw....The job was rushed there was still dirt on the back middle seat and overall not worth the 150 we paid to have it done. Not to mention how many people are being over charged because of the workers inconsistency in pricing and trying to charge based on the ease of the job. We will be spending our money elsewhere.
